BlindTune™, LLC (, BlindTune App) is a U.S based firm, yet, extending it’s reach worldwide. We are a national and international "talent discovery platform", offered by the Technology-Smart Corporation, parent company of BlindTune™. Our services allow the user a platform to upload "Audio" content and expose that content therefore reaching a mass amount of consumers; some members have goals in reaching stardom, enlightening the public, utilizing the platform for communication purposes or simply enjoying the platform for a personal vault, in that, storing your audio content. Our platform includes a wide variety of abilities for the user to customize use, whereas members can utilize the platform to encourage and communicate information, members can gain exposure in support of their pursuit to meeting their discovery goals, members can develop consumer or personal following in creating clubs (in which audio transference is the basis of communication), members can utilize the platform to share daily recaps, a syllabus (content that is necessary and helpful for school, organizations, etc.), members can share their scriptural, vocal, spoken word composition and reach masses, members can store audio notes in a private capacity (without publishing their content), members can lead audio book clubs (delegating different content to different members of their clubs to upload certain parts of perspective content, hence communicating consistently and in whole); members are encouraged to challenge "the use" capability, whereas "sky’s the limit"; as long as it stays within the constraints of upload restrictions. BlindTune™ was designed to facilitate a common virtual network, allowing a platform of "audio" performers. BlindTune™ also utilizes a competitive component, whereas those members interested can showcase their talents, in competing for the top "Tuner" position. This component will allow followers to challenge celebrities or members alike. The BlindTune™ network is currently available in the Apple App store for IOS and Google Play for Androids (i) applications available to download on mobile, laptop and/or tablet devices ("Apps") and at our website ("Website") This Privacy Policy explains what personal data (as defined below) we collect through the Services, how we use and share that data, and your choices concerning our data practices. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Use, which are available at By providing us with your personal data when using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. When you interact with our Website or Apps, we collect information that, alone or in combination with other information, could be used to identify you ("Personal Data").

Personal Data You Give Us. When you sign up for or use the Services, you voluntarily give us certain Personal Data, including your name, email address, username, date of birth, country of residency, city and state, as well as billing information. If you register for an account through your social media account (including Facebook and Google Sign-in), you may see which of your friends are using the Services. If you buy a BlindTune™ subscription, you will be asked to provide payment information (including payment card number, security code associated with the card, expiry date), to one or more of our payment service providers (please see "Sharing and Disclosure" section below).

When you use the Services, you may upload personal file content, furnish personal information within that content, as well as offer information within your interaction with fellow BlindTune™ members, which we will collect and store for use in connection with the Services.

BlindTune™ also collects information you choose to provide to us when you complete any "free text" boxes in our forms (for example, support request or survey submission). In addition, we may collect Personal Data disclosed by you on our comment boxes, forums, blogs and our other areas of the Services to which you can post information and materials.

BlindTune™ may also collect non-Personal Data, such as your time zone or language.

Automatically Collected Data: When you use the Services, the following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:
Log data: Information ("log data") that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Website, or that the Apps automatically send when you use them.
Log data includes your Internet Protocol ("IP") address (so we understand which country you are connecting from when you visit the App and Website), browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the Services.

Usage Information: We collect information about how you use BlindTune’s™ Services, such as the types of content that you view or engage with (genre, gender, age, etc.), the features you use, the actions you take, the other users you interact with and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.

If you ask us to delete your data or to be removed from our marketing lists, we are required as well as willing to immediately fulfil your request, we will keep basic data to identify you and prevent further unwanted processing.

We may anonymize, de-identify and/or aggregate the information that we collect and use such anonymized, de-identified and/or aggregated data for commercial, statistical and market research purposes, including sharing it with affiliates and business partners.

To conduct or assist research, and continue with efforts of development, as well as meeting the demand of our users, we may share the information we collect in anonymized and de-identified form with researchers who help us to improve the Service’s appeal strategy. We may also use such information to assist with efforts of providing sort after components.

Marketing. We will send you updates and information about our new products and   services, upcoming events or other promotions or news by email or push notification. Other users of the Services can hear/see the profile information you upload to the Services including username, uploaded audio content, and those individuals you are following.

Vendors and Service Providers: To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions your Personal Data may be shared with third-party providers of hosting, email communication and customer support services, analytics, marketing, advertising (including Amazon Web Services and Google in the United States, both certified to the Privacy Shield). BlindTune™ does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to BlindTune™ without the consent and support of a parent, legal guardian, etc. through the Services, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.


A cyber attack is a breach to a network’s security that can affect the operation and stability of the network, and any systems associated within the network. Cyber attacks could potentially disrupt communications and those measures taken in securing information within our database. These attacks can also include the theft of personal and private information used for financial gain and other malicious schemes.
CISPA would provide the U.S. Government the authority to share data back and forth with private organizations. This sharing of information would be used to analyze threats and breaches to networks in hopes of thwarting future attacks as well as locating the source of the attacks. In this instance BlindTune™ would hope to have the support of our users in assisting with preventative measures in preventing future attacks.


The Website and the App may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by BlindTune™ ("Third Party Sites"), including social media websites and services. The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of such Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy.
